In Norway, courses usually start from August. Universities set their application deadlines between December 1 (the previous year) and March 15, although some schools may have “pre-qualification” deadlines. Academic and formal admission requirements are set by the universities. If you plan to apply for a Master’s degree in Norway, you may have to show that your previous academic education includes courses that amount to at least one-and-a-half years of studies in a related subject.
